Mrs. Rangalakshmi Srinivasa
The heart and soul of Laughappy, Mrs. Rangalakshmi Srinivasa, is a trailblazer in the world of Laughter Yoga, Science of happiness, Practice of mindfulness and motivational speaking. Her journey is a testament to her dedication to promoting happiness, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.

- Conducted a Laughter Yoga session with Russia to strengthen cross-cultural ties (28th October 2023).
- Conducted motivational speeches for High School HMS, South-2, Bengaluru (8th August 2023).
- Participated in the International Day of Yoga under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi (21-6-2022, Mysore).
- Organized International Women’s Day for Teachers (2021) to celebrate and honor educators.
- Annually organizes International Women’s Day Programs to empower women from all walks of life.
- Spearheaded online engagement programs, M Live Activities during Corona, for students across Karnataka. These sessions impacted 15,000+ students, offering them motivation and a sense of connection during challenging times.
- Regularly organizes Skill Development Demos for students and underprivileged women, equipping them with essential life skills and empowering them to achieve their goals.
